Oh yes. But I find Salukis to be their own little personality, they have very cat-like tendencies, but something about them just separates them from dog or cat attitudes. And yes, they need tons of exercise. Azim is happy to be a couch potato, but to be mentally and physically healthy they need lots of space. He goes bonkers if I slack on his running schedule.
