Godzilla is 116 meters tall, and weighs 987,000 metric-tons. His body is has trails of atomic energy running through his veins, and his heart is like a blue glowing orb in his chest. His Atomic breath is able to take on two forms. One form is like the traditional atomic breath, and the other takes the form of what appears to be blue fire.

MechaGodzilla version 1.74 is the same height as Godzilla, but weighs 1,022,000 metric-tons It is designed to be used as backup of when Godzilla is having trouble fighting another monster. It's weapons consist of laser cannons, missiles, and the replica of Godzilla's atomic breath. MechaGodzilla is programmed with Artificial Intelligence to become smarter and smarter, and would most likely turn against Godzilla himself.
