RUN! RUN ON YOUR SHORT LITTLE LEGS!!!
XD There he goes!
I had to do this. HAD TO! So, I did.
He can reach a top speed of a little bit over thirty miles per hour for a short period of time. (For about a minute.) That's probably why he prefers to run away from trouble, rather than meet it in combat. Running away is so much easier!

His outfit is definitely an original one, ain't it?
Some of it--especially the tassels--remind me of the old west and those leather chaps those cowboys used to wear. Plus, I needed a uniform that would hint at his running ability; and I think that I did a pretty darn good job with bringing that trait out.
The beret actually evolved out of a strange dream that I had when I first started screwing around with his design. All details aside, that beret just seemed to stick with his image like cheesecake does to its undercrust, y'know? XD
