Haha! Well, she's technically half robot since she's an Irken and all. They're symbiotes.
Grimble is just a Special Operations Commander who's been around forever and has grown more and more bitter over the years to the point of being the disapproving mother that everyone hates to disappoint. She's big and always low-key frustrated and hard to talk to and get along with.
Might partially have something to do with that weighted armor she wears all the time, too.
