Looks great, I get the atmosphere. I wouldn't call it floating though -- with the costs of keeping warships operational, "floating along" would be hard to explain to the taxpayer ^_^

Saw the new Evangelion movie last weekend, after doing a big Evangelion marathon the previous weekend. So instantly this made me think of the first episode that Asuka is in.

water effect seams to be very cool but the drawing construction of the ships it's a bit far from perfection. Maybe ths two in background should be just like they are but the one on the foreground should have more detalis IMO
