Even though this was Cell's weakest form, it was always my favorite. It actually might be my favorite DBZ villain ever.

I always loved him best in this form. The design and personality just meshed so perfectly into that creepy, actually a bit scary, kind of villain. His later forms were dumb, ugly, and flamboyant.
