the Brainchild idea of the highly-talented .
a Tribute to the early years of 'IMAGE comics'
This seemed very much of a spur of the moment thing. The gathering of the artists, the choosing of the characters, the question of who'll draw who, and the thought of who could colour it when it was done..
now that it is done, i can honestly say that the final piece has totally exceeded my expectations.
'A' game all the way mates..

HOLY CRAP and THANK YOU ALL! You just brought me back to my childhood, to the time period in comics I most enjoyed and the design aesthetic I miss most. I cannot begin to express how incredibly awesome this piece is. All my fave Image characters/comics (Well, Deathblow is missing, but I forget how "early" he was in Image) represented in one piece, done by several artists (which works very well) as a true tribute to the gathering of individuals that was Image. In-freaking-credible. I have a new desktop image and, if it could be done, I'd multifave this one!

I guess your right. I was an Image advent reader since is was created back in 92. I guess it's because I don't really like any of his stuff. specially shaft. But you are right about one thing he's the reason why image joined together in the first place. I'll give him that much. but I still don't like him

well if you're going by today's Image, ripclaw, dozer, and zealot shouldn't be there either. but if you read the description carefully, this is the early years image comic tribute. notice they're characters from the original 7 founders of the company?
