Here is my entry for the latest "battalion" art jam. I'm actually a day early but i'll be out of town so i have to upload it now. This art jam was actually my idea or the topic atleast which as you may have guessed already, Marvel vs. Capcom. It was tons of fun to draw characters i've never drawn before like omega red, Dr. Doom and that weird green tentacle creature i refer to as "Bob the ass raping tentacle creature from beyond". I like Bob, he's great at parties.This coloring on this piece was changed half way thru so the left side doesn't really match the right, i had a lot more detail and color on the right which became a mess to the eye so i went with a different palette or i chose a palette, like any good colorist would have done in the beginning. I'll put those up as soon as i get back so you can see the difference. I went back and made changes to the left side to make it coherent. This piece was rushed like crazy hope you like it.
and should have their entries up by oct 31 at 7pm. Check em out, love em.

update- by the way this piece is really sloppy, especially the left side, i apologize but i had a lot of deadlines to meet and i really wanted to get it done so i will clean it up soon.

I ran out of room. I almost added another piece of paper so I could add more characters but my deadline was up. Now it really didn't matter since I was the only one of my friends who finished.

I love this game so much but I was disappointed by one thing.... Chuck Greene wasn't in it.

There were a couple characters I would have loved to play as. Would be nice if the put out some more dlc but they would have to be awesome characters for me to pay for them. I mean can I get hayato or the chic from P.N.03. I know I like the most random Capcom characters.

Nice nice and nice! I see you included some people I wish would've made it in MvC3, like Cammy and MegaMan! Capcom had some weird character choices for this title. Although Rocket Raccoon looks cool and can't wait to use him! Great work!

The piece was actually done before mvc3 came out and i was really hoping The roster would match the piece. I love Zero so I'm not too mad Megaman is not in the game. Unfortunately i was hoping for someone or something from Lost Planet but unfortunately I didn't get my wish. I always loved Cammy so it would be nice to see her in the game but capcom loves to drive me crazy so i doubt i'll ever see her. Capcom is so weird yet awesome. Glad you liked the pic btw.

This... is sick... in the sense that it's so bad ass, I could just throw up due to the sheer force of awesome it gives off. Great job. You just earned a no questions asked watch.

I know, I know I feel so ashamed but i just didn't have enough space to draw everyone in which is bad planning on my part but this piece was more of just drawing characters on the fly so proportions are off but I didn't really care because it felt like more of a collage than a group piece. I used two 14x17 pieces of paper to do this and I almost added another so I could include more characters like Jill and the rest of the cast but I was running outta time and this was just a personal piece so I didn't want to kill myself doing it. Atleast capcom added her in the game even though you have to pay for her but I hope they continue to add characters because I wanna be able to play as Jin and hopefully Cyclops.

Thank you, and yes it's Zero from the Megaman: zero series which i love the art for that series. So much that I bought the art book and thats a rare thing for me to do these days. Glad you enjoy the piece.

Man. I saw two Jin's and that was awesome to me, then I noticed it was Ryu and shrugged. Only thing I could think to improve this wonderful piece of art is Joe himself, the dudes got a ego and a "Never going to be defeated attitude so seeing him kind of serious throws me off :v
