Description A little side story that happens before Event 6.2 staring Jacob of Team Bug Out , and his arm candy, Vannysa, an NPC for his story

Here's the what happened during event six just in case you missed it.

Also, I'm trying out a stamp for my work, as indicated from the "back cover" deviation I did earlier. Completely changed it to make it more stylish.

Just to warn you, the story that follows is my vague attempt at something romantic. If you're not really of fan of that stuff, look away. Now.

======

Just as quickly as the excitement came, the sun had set over the horizon. Many Pokemon continued their planting even after the sun had vanished from sight, enjoying the star-dazzled night sky. Others rested up, so they could prepare themselves for more planting the next day. The ones that couldn’t sleep decided to feast and drink at the new built Spinda Café to celebrate.

Though Jacob would not be with the rest of the village in the Café, he would be celebrating his pleasures with one he loved.

He stood at the door of a small house near the lake, the windows shimmering as candle light and the fire place shined through to cut the darkness (or what could be called darkness, what with the stars and moon beating the shadows back). He hesitated, keeping himself from knocking on the door, nervous over the circumstances the date. Vannysa and he had been dating for two months, visiting each other during this time. The first month had started off rocky, their second encounter consisting of the Levanny’s adopted son, Chopper, being held hostage by Jacob’s enemy, Arnold, during the whole Sorbert disaster. Jacob and Vannysa decided to put it aside them, along with Chopper, and the two dated, helping one another with whatever they had to do, taking walks by the lake, etc.

Though sex wasn’t a subject that came up during their time together, they did become more intimate with each other over the past months. What started as innocent cuddling near the lake or in front of the fire place, soon evolved into passionate kissing and nights lying in each other’s arms. The past few nights did, however, warrant a mention from Vannysa of a more intimate embrace from one another, but Jacob would always responded with “It seems too soon.” Vannysa wouldn’t push the topic any further and continue with whatever they were doing. To players, Jacob would be just waiting until she would try to rip open his abdomen to engage in the act, but in reality, Jacob was uncertain if he could really trust her, and if Vannysa trusted him back. Regardless, Jacob would show the same passion for Vannysa as she showed him, and leave the subject behind. Vannysa’s proposal of this date had him wondering, however, if this night could be the night.

He heaved a large breath as he tried to calm himself, not wanting to be fixated on those thoughts for now. He knocked on the door, making sure his scythe did not cut into the wood. A couple of seconds passed until the door opened, Vannysa standing at the door, a smile erupting from her face as she looked at Jacob, who gave a similarly goofy smile. They greeted each other, Vannysa giving a peck on Jacob’s cheek. “For a second I thought you were going to be late,” Vannysa said as she let Jacob in, shutting the door behind him.

“You always have to arrive fashionably late,” Jacob commented. The two shared a laugh with each other. Vannysa enjoyed Jacob’s sense of humour, especially during such hard times for everybody, so the laugh was genuine, no matter how corny of a joke Jacob spits out.

The two sat at the table Vannysa had set, a large meal sitting at each end of the table. Jacob couldn’t help but stare in delight at the meal; Magikarp fillet, the closet to eating meat in this area, and first piece of meat he shall eat in three months, ever since he moved to Tao Village. Though Vannysa usually expects for anyone eating with her to use their utensils, Jacob was an exception, seeing as how he had no ability to use forks, and his hands were just over-sized knifes. Jacob tried his best not to make such a mess as he saw Vannysa handle her utensils using her leaf hand. When he when to take a drink from his wine glass filled with Babiri Wine (though he rarely drank wine he really enjoyed the taste of it), he would clamp his scythes together as to hold it so he could drink, being slightly envious Vannysa could hold the glass with one hand. Once he set the glass down as gently as he could, he started to engage in conversation.

“I can’t believe you were able to get some ‘karp to cook,” Jacob commented with a satisfied smile. “Was it any trouble to get them?”

“Oh, not at all,” Vannysa answered. “They practically leap into your arms when you stand in the lake.” She explained this as she ate into the fresh meat.

Jacob gorged on more of it as he heard the answer. When he swallowed, he gave another question. “So you actually caught a Magikarp from the lake? Aren’t you afraid another would of attacked you if they saw you take it?”

Vannysa gave a humored look at Jacob. “I may not be a fighter, but I think I can take on a Magikarp.”

“What do you do with the rest of the meat and the bones afterwards?”

“Well, any meat leftover that can be eaten I store for later, and with the bones, I send them back into the lake while saying a prayer my mother taught me.”

“How would the prayer go?” Jacob asked, curious as to the prayer.

Vannysa straightened up in her chair. “I’m not supposed to say it unless I’m actually getting rid of the bones, so the prayer doesn’t lose its importance. That’s the first thing my mother taught me about the prayer. Maybe next time I get rid of the bones of another fish Pokemon, you can hear it.”

“I’d like that,” the Scyther said as he swallowed a mouthful of the Magikarp, showing a small smile. He never really had a chance to observe a religious practice, even if how religious the event would be is questionable, he would like to know how a prayer would go.

The two continued their meal, talking about whatever came to mind. When Jacob asked where Chopper may have been, Vannysa explained he was outside in the burrow he sleeps and rests in. Though there was a bed in the corner, Jacob assumed that the mute Sandslash prefer to sleep in the ground, like many others of his kind. It also made him wonder what the Levanny had in mind for the rest of the night, something that had just occurred to Jacob.

When the meat and wine had been consumed, the two took their dirty dishes to a counter near the window. Vannysa would have to wash them in the morning, with Jacob’s assistance of course, but for now, they are left alone to sit in their filth until the sun shines.

As they let the fish digest, the two moved over to the couch that sat in front of a brick fire-place. The Scyther sat awkwardly on the couch, what with the anatomy of his legs, but was still able to lean back and enjoy the soft material of the couch. Vanssya sat next to him, leaning up to him. Jacob wrapped his scythe around her, making sure he did not actually hurt her. As they cuddled in front of the fire, they held onto each other, the warmth they gave as comforting as the warmth of the fire. The sensation of something gliding on his shoulder alerted Jacob to turn his head. He saw Vannysa’s leafy hand caress him, another thing Jacob wished he could easily do to his love.

Vannysa looked up at the Jacob, gazing deep into his eyes. “You know,” she started to comment, fondling Jacob’s check, “I’ve never really noticed how wonderful your eyes are.”

“Aren’t I the one that’s supposed to seduce you?” The Scyther joked.

“No, I mean it. They’re like angel eyes. You can get lost in them.”

“Well, we know who won’t be drinking anymore wine tonight.”

“Says who?”

“Says the fallen angel,” he teased. “That’s who.”

Vannysa giggled. “Even still, I love you all the same.” She took her glance away for a second, hesitating on her next words. “I love you,” she declared.

Jacob was touched by her words. He could not think of anything to say to match; it would be pointless. Only action could match the compassionate words with.

He held her tighter as he leaned in closer, gently kissing her lips. As she kissed back, their passion increased. Soon, they held each other in a tight embrace, rubbing against each other as the heat they made increased. They caressed each other, and though Jacob could not be as adventurous with his caressing, he made it up with his passionate kissing.

It was at this point where this pattern of passion would end this night, however.

As Vannysa continued her kissing, she gave a familiar proposition between her pecks. “Do you… want… to take this… over to… the bed?”

Though there was no pause in action, Jacob did not respond for a second. “I dunno. I’m… having fun… as is…”

Vannysa started to slow her kissing, though Jacob just continued, kissing her neck and shoulders. “Is there some… sort of problem with… downstairs or-“

Jacob stopped his kissing, not exactly liking where the conversation has drifted to. “No it’s not that. Well, as far as I’m aware of.” This time his glance drifted away. “It’s just… I-”

Vannysa distanced herself slightly from Jacob, concerned over the reason. “Do you not trust me?” she asked.

Jacob shook his head. “No, no, of course not. I just…just feel if we go this next step, I… I may hurt you.”

Vannysa glanced at the scythe hands, wondering what exactly he would do during intercourse.

“Emotionally,” Jacob reassured, catching the Levanny’s glance downward.

Though it was comforting to know she didn’t have to worry about him accidently cutting an antenna off, she was concerned about what he could possible do to hurt her. Her mind drifted to the crazy Scizor with the half-molten face. She doubted this, seeing as the freak did not seem to warrant any trouble ever since that incident. Even if that was the problem, she could tell Jacob wouldn’t let it worry him or her.

So what could it of been? Was it a bit of emotional distress? A fear of commitment? Maybe he just needed reassuring? Maybe he just needed to be convinced that she really loves him.

She gave a coy smile at him, trying to make it seem as if the very idea was ridiculous. “You could never hurt me,” she reassured. She started to kiss and fondle him. “I can see… in your angel…eyes that…you’d never harm… me. Besides.” She leaned in close to the side of his head, making sure he heard what she would say.

“You’re the only ‘mon I want to be close with.”

The accusations that Vannysa made were outrageous, but more than true. The implication of the latter made Jacob wonder if she really meant it. He looked at her as she leaned back to look into his eyes. The way she sat there, the way she smiled, the way she smile, touched him, tasted when he kissed, the way she felt when he touched her; it was all so intoxicating, so addicting.

Without any more haste, he leaned in to Vannysa, his passion for her reignited. They returned to where they left off, only the fires have been fueled to high levels. Their passion was un-matching as they held each other tighter, their moaning echoing in each other’s ears. As their love grew stronger, they decided to give each other themselves that night. They were to merge to be one for one, blissful moment.

------

The light from the fire place had dimmed, only a shimmer of light peeked from the embers. The night had yet to succumb to the presence of the sun, the stars still shining like they would never stop. The lake was calm, not as much as a wave on the surface. Everything was at peace in the area.

Jacob gently opened his eyes, almost forgetting where he was. As he felt Vannysa in his arms, he couldn’t help but sport a smile. He gave a soft kiss on her forehead, being in a thankful mood. She was still so intoxicating. She gave a small smile as she instinctively inched closer to Jacob, holding on to him even tighter. Jacob continued to look at her, not wanting to look away, not wanting this moment to end.

As the eyes of the fallen angel closed, he promised himself that he would never let go. To never let go of the one he held close to his heart.

I am the last person to be writing this type of thing. The LAST person. Hopefully that isn't too apparent.
