I told you I wasn't done with these guys just yet!

I'm not gonna really make any sort of back story for these two yet, seeing as the world around them is not expanded as much I would like to be comfortable making one, but if you payed attention to when they were in PMD-E, you should know the general gist: Forest found Darwin as a young Chimchar, and decided to take him along to get him to safety. Once more info is given, I'll probably give out more info (and possibly better art)
