(Spoilers???) Now the big headcanon that almost seems canon is the Diamond Authorities, with the only ones that seemed to be there are Yellow Diamond, White Diamond, and Blue Diamond. There used to be Pink Diamond (Possibly Rose Quartz) but after the rebellion war she was dismantled as an Authoritarian figure. Anyway, so I thought, well there are other Diamonds, what happened to them. Here they are, the Diamonds of Yesteryear. Or the overtaken Diamonds.
In order of being thrown out:
Black Diamond: -the first to go against the Diamonds' plans of domination, nearly had them before being overpowered by them
                    -resides at the edge of the universe, trapped as she holds too much power for them to handle otherwise.
                    -now she sits and watches over them, unable to do anything but that
                    -she will get more because she is the reason I made this so I have more on her
                      Therefor she didn't rule long enough to have any Princesses (for lack of a better term)
Brown Diamond:-the most peaceful of the Diamonds
                    -believed in equality and peaceful strategies, without the use of violence
                    -which led to an easy capture by the other
                    -Gems were told she was simply shattered but in reality she is a slave of the lowest ranking forced to tortuous labour
                      Princesses: Jade and Amber
Green Diamond:-was rather silent and peaceful, not entirely opposed to violence though
                    -Brown was close to her, and once she was taken Green was enraged and attempted to save her before attacking the other Diamonds
                    -now is the Royal Entertainer, like the Gladiator of Roman times but 10x more dangerous/deadly
                    Princesses: Emerald and Jade (who was received from Brown)
Red Diamond: -first Diamond to lead on a fullscale rebellion against the colonizing Diamonds for the draining of other planets' life
                -inspiration for Rose and the original Crystal Gems
                -Was finally overpowered and shattered to make an example of to rebellious ones
Purple Diamond: -was seen as a little too insane and wild for their standards
                - they finally couldn't handle her anymore and imprisoned her in an unspecified planet's core
                -because of this, her mental state has further degraded
