Commissar Forge (an OC of mine, he is mostly robotic with a gasmask and two power fists for a reference of appearance if that becomes neccessary)- Do you blam your guardsmen to motivate them, or do you prefer to blam the enemy to motivate them?

I would ask Chibbi fangirl how she supports such a relatively massive head? especially with a peak cap almost as tall as she is. She looks like she'd get blown over by the wind.
