But I will not be blocking anyone atm. I believe in free speech, so all opinions (no matter how retarded) should be shared. We don't have to agree with them, but they have the right to be shared, this is the internet, what did you expect, nice people? jk XD
Sure, it's annoying to be called a pedophile supporter by all the anti fluttercord people, but it's not like they are sending me death threats, so I don't really see any point in blocking them.
By not blocking and having an open discussion, allows people to see the subject at hand from different views. Some may be stubborn, some may never change their opinion, but everyone must understand that by sharing an opinion, whatever if it's in real life or on the net, they will be met with backlash or support.
So at least for the moment, I will allow anyone to share a comment with me, even if it's just insults.

I don't really want to block anyone since that would shut down a potential discussion, (no matter how retarded of an opinion)they have the right to be shared since we live in a world of free speech.
By putting their opinions out there they will either be met with backlash or support and I believe that will lead to a good learning experience for people to get more open minded (maybe I'm to positive about this topic)

That's internet in a nutshell.
The net is a gateway for people to vent out their frustration in everyday life, anonymously. Which they can't do in public with all these social rules.
Basically humans who have too much free time at hand and instead of doing something productive they search out things that annoy them so they can fulfill their ''complain'' quotation for the day and feel better about them self when going to bed...if they ever sleep.
Sadly it will probably never go away and in the end you kinda just start pitying them.

Pardon me, but Fluttercord isn't pedophilia. Pedophilia is when either an adolescent or an adult has a sexual desire for a child. A child is classified as someone who is below the age of puberty, so I would say 12 years or below. Fluttershy is not a child. She lives on her own and supports herself without any family members.
Yes, Discord is much, MUCH older than Fluttershy. But since Fluttershy isn't a child, this isn't pedophilia. Fluttercord would be considered a Mayfly-December Romance, which you can read more about on TvTropes here: tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php…

A child is under 10 or 12 years. An adolescent is under 18 or 21 years. Adolescence begins when one starts to go through the physical and psychological development from childhood to legal adulthood.
In real life, there have been many cases in which a younger woman dates an older man or vice-versa. Just look at Edna Townsend and Simon Martin. They are a happily married couple with a 38 year age gap between them. And I could go on about how many happy couples have a significant gap between their ages. What about all of them? Are they disgusting?
Who says no one from the staff ships it? Did you ask anyone in the staff? Did they ever post anything online that clearly stated absolutely no one from the staff liked Fluttercord? Unless you have solid proof of this, that's just an exaggeration of your own opinion.
I didn't start shipping Fluttercord because of Keep Calm and Flutter On. I started shipping Fluttercord when the two of them had more time together in the show.
I started to grow fondness towards it when Fluttershy went out of her way to defend him in Princess Twilight Sparkle.
That fondness reached shipping status when Discord stated that Fluttershy was "the one pony who truly understood him" in Three's a Crowd.
That shipping status reached OTP status when Fluttershy was the only one who was happy to see him when he first appeared in Twilight's Kingdom. And that brief look Fluttershy gave him when he leaned over her and said "oopsy-doopsy, I almost forgot". And when they briefly shared a dreamy stare when Discord asked if they were on for tea later. And when it was the thought of Fluttershy alone that made him hesitant to join Tierk. And when Fluttershy was absolutely heartbroken when she learned of his betrayal. And when Discord outright told her that she was worth all of the magic in Equestria. And when Fluttershy was the first one he apologized to about his betrayal. And when they shared the last bit of cute dialouge when Discord complained about not having his own throne before sheepishly agreeing with Fluttershy.
And that OTP status reached ultimate OTP status during EVERYTHING that happened in Make New Friends but Keep Discord.
I hope you noticed the trend there. As time went on and their friendship became more developed, I found myself loving Fluttercord more and more. When you see a relationship between two characters develop before you instead of just have it happen off-screen (example, Cadence and Shining Armor), then you grow more attached to it.
And I know what you're thinking: that they're just really great friends. But you know what? That's exactly why I ship them. That's exactly why most Fluttercords ship them. We've seen their friendship grow, so we believe that it can grow even more. We've seen how many positive interactions the two of them had, and we believe that they can become a happy, successful couple.
Listen, I don't care what you ship. If you don't like Fluttercord, fine. But not only do I recommend you to get your facts right, I also politely ask that you show a little respect to those "disgusting age-gap couples", those who support the "stupid shipping" or "garbage", and those who people need to "get their minds out of the gutter". Not everyone ships Fluttercord for that reason.
