Not mine but relevant.Fun fact: Men in Black is based on a Comic book published by a company called "Aircel". Aircel Comics is owned by Malibu Comics, which was bought out by Marvel Comics. So yes, it is ENTIRELY possible this is the same universe.
I want to repeat however: I found this, it's not mine but since it's a meme and those can get posted anywhere I figured it was okay.

You forget that Marvel Comics was buyed by Disney Corporation, that is wasting the last years in destroying the Independence of Marvel and censuring his comics. You see the last animated version of Spiderman? They transform Spiderman in a disney sappy Tv Show, were everyone is a friend and everything end well.

Hey, if it wasn't for that show, I would have never given MARVEL a second chance (After they made the first Spider-Man movies that turned into a major angst fest.) I like how Spider-Man is in this one, he's learning on a team.
Plus, I love the cut out parts where he breaks the fourth wall. Most of them are hillarious, but then there are some that really touch me.
The episode that made me like that show was Nightmares. Uncle Ben makes an appearance....and made me wish I could talk to my Uncle Mike one last time too....
