General Info/Background: A very annoying stray dog who is very identical to Timmy despite some small differences. Despite that his mother was a domesticated dog with a very wealthy household, he eventually left home and makes a living by trading various goods with other stray dogs inspired by his mother's owner family business. Despite leaving home and living on the streets, Tippy looks up to his mother and respects her. His mother is perhaps the only one he really does respect. Tippy due to his spoiled rotten nature isn't very kind to others. He speaks in a blunt and crude manner not caring who's feelings he hurts unless it's Polka Dot- a female dachshund whom he finds very pretty and yearns for her affection- but with no such luck as she is turned off by his personality. The biggest target for Tippy's cruelness is Summer whom he abuses verbally no matter how much Summer attempts to be friendly with him. He currently hides out in Valentine's unused dog house- how he goes unnoticed is anyone's guess.

Tippy has Chow-Chow blood in him and a purple tongue to prove it.
Tippy has a love for different types of scarves.
Tippy is a extreme nicknamer. He could be very aware of what your real name is but will never call you by it unless he somehow likes you enough. Such examples include:

"Timmy- Impostor"
"Summer- Neanderthal"
"Scarface- Clown"
"Dinky- Ms. Fatty"
"Tracey- Ms. Prissy Butt"

From a stuffed doll, to a robotic Dog, and now to a real dog. Tippy has gone through some changes, but his design isn't one of them. Him and Timmy aren't related, they just look alike for no reason. Note: Polka Dot is a young female dachshund that roams around the neighborhood. I have her drawn but I never posted any pictures of her- but Tippy likes her. That's all ya need to know. Yeah, Tippy was never important and he still kind of isn't.

Also, I did this in kind of a rush- so if there is some spelling mistakes, let me know.
