(Please do not upload this cursor, or any of my other cursors on any other sites (including dA))
(To get the image URL: right-click on the image and then "copy image address" and then paste it into the CSS code.)
After you have downloaded the cursor(s) Go to the Control panel > Mouse > Pointers. Here you can change the pointers you want.

agh Dx I can't use it, because the download button downloads it, but it doesn't open another window for just the image

Don't download the cursor if you want to use it in your dA journal (You download the file if you want to use the cursors normally on your computer.)
To use these cursors in your journal, ad this CSS code:

into your journal CSS. Replace the (text) with the Image URLs of these cursors (To get the image URL I usually right-click on the image and then "copy image address" and then paste it where I want it.)

Just ad this CSS code by `Synfull in your journal CSS:

Then ad the image URL's in the (text).
(Don't download to get the url, that will just get you to the *cur format)
