Isa had the fourth, but then she bitched at CE for hatching the smubs and not telling her. The smubs were hatched 'cos Coco wanted to play with them, actually. But now Isa's like, "I have enough characters, so you can give mine to whoever you want. The design I made and the name are mine, however."
So, yeah. There's a smub up for grabs again. Want it?
