Description
I liked 's stuff when I first saw it and, over time, I've come to really love it. It's one of those times where I wish I knew more about art so I could explain why. It's the 70's version of GI Joe back when it was caught between comic book super heroes (Bulletman) and the popularity of the 6 Million Dollar Man (Atomic Man). Here they're actually tussling with one of Steve Austin's villains, the Venus Space Probe. I ~loved~ playing with my Joe's when I was a kid and the Venus (and Mars) probe episodes were the only Bionic Man's that I actually remember. Love the little bit with Atomic Man's hair being whipped around by the chopper blades.
A huge thanks to Thomas for this one. It's already one of my personal favorites (along with the Karza he did for me).
