So I watched the first episode of Season 2 of Warehouse 13, and we were introduced to this wonderful character by the name of H.G Wells. No, not the dude--this was a chick. She was Helena and the second time she showed up on screen, I was basically yelling at her and Myka to make out....Yeah, that pretty much says it all about my thought process when watching TV.
Ahem, anyway. The finale came, punched me in the gut, and I managed to churn out 2(!) fanfics about them, and then I was dooodling them durning class. If you've been following me here, [link] then you know this. Anyway.
This is the result. Helena, Myka, and a couch. Also, the full title is: Darling, you are the only exception. ...It's been stuck in my head since Tuesday, but surprisingly, it's not the Glee version I like, but the Paramore one? It's not all that surprising whatever. Lea's voice is god, but IDK I like Haley better for this.

UGH HOW DEARLY I WISH THOUGH. And honestly, I think we need to get out of the whole "too risky" for America thing--honestly we have shows like Jersey Shore and Teen Mom out, I think we can spare some screen time for a show that is quite frankly not even that well known.

I know right? But Syfy had to be lame and just /hint/ even a close scent of a relationship. SyFy needs to get it's shit together and make it happen. And I hope the fan-base keeps small, I enjoy how they're running it right now. If they conformed to the public, my life would be over. As in obliterated. With confetti, of course.

Unfortunately, a small fanbase can also mean small numbers viewing. Of course, WH13 is Syfy's most viewed show, so. Ugh, I just wish H.G would come back, more hinting along. It'd be great.

Yes. More hinting indeed. I guess no one enjoys Syfy if the fanbase is /that/ small. They need to start airing the original Star Trek that first started Slash. Maybe it could help it. Hell, I'd watch it more. Jeebus knows maybe the fanbase is meant to be small. :C

I always figure that since they have such a smallish fanbase, they can always fiddle around with anything. And I mean /anything/. Just ogtta convince the writers. I remember in a vloggity thing on the SyFy site in the videos of WH13, there was this one little part where Jack Kenny said that you get into the writing business by shooting ideas at things. Hell, if someone was actually brilliant enough to make their own script, perfectly in character, they might accept it for season 4 (since season 3 has already been started filming). It'd have to be submitted by like December probably. They started filming early what...February? I've attempted it myself with my own character, but I never sent it in. Nor did I finish it, but I can do that later. I tend to be a bit young, too. xD

Ahh but while fanbases are great and all, the also have the writer/creater's vision of the show, and the network to contend with. They can't do anything they want cause of that. As for submitting your own characters...

As long as someone was actually accurate and not all like SMUTSMUTSMUT about it, you never know. Obviously the writers would pick through it and edit it up, but they could air it. Definitely not as is, though. Anyone who thinks they'll get their own episode, all based on their script, is a moron. xD So many things could run about on this show. ._. Atleast it's good. And it has a jeebus fanbase for fanart and slash/femslash. It keeps the days going until season 3. xD

I'm a cheeseball, so my mind went to P&P. You know the 2005 movie right? Keira Knightly and Matthew MacFayden? Well there's this scene at the end, where the sun is just rising and Lizzie's just accepted his proposal and they just. Rest their foreheads on each other's. No kiss. I want to do that. Well--not exactly, but similar. ...I just love that pose.

Have u like ever imagined urself in WH13 when something bad is happening to one of ur fave characters so u can save them from whatever predicament they're in... I feel that happens a lot

oh goodness, my first femslash was hg/myka--before i totally wanted her with pete. now, i can't even imagine them together! arrrgh.

It's like I totally disregard any other fanfic but have you noticed ever since the time when HG came on wh13 everyone seems to be pairing them. I guess that's why I was so crushed about the finale... I think I literally stayed in bed crying till one of the femmelash HG/Myka fics came onto my laptop. It saved my life
See if you could make up a storyline where HG didn't get taken away at the end what would you do. I'll tell you what I would do if you tell me what you would after she backs down from world ice-ification. IDK... We could so have like similar storylines u never know x

...Huh. IDK it'd have to be a complete re-boot, because I doubt (highly) that the Regents would allow Helena to go free after attempting to end the world. So it'd have to be like, after seeing the orb, she meets up with Myka and Pete, and maybe she ~secretly holds hands with her, trying to be very stoic about seeing her daughter and holding her in her arms and then having her take away.
Then she'd meet up with Myka later, looking kind of lost/sad and be like, um, I'm lonely and sad, and you're still awake, and Myka would look at her and kiss her out of nowhere. And the next morning would come, and Myka and Helena are in bed, sticky, sweaty, and very happy. Maybe Pete or Claudia bursts into Myka's room to wake her up, and find them in bed, and maybe they freak out a bit.
Then they'd go downstairs to the kitchen and try to be sneaky around Artie cause he still has a hate!boner for Helena, but Myka's hair will be messy and they'll reek of sex and Artie will look at them and groan because dammit, no he's never going to be rid of her. And Leena will smile.

Yeah I think i would have too say that i would cut it just before she shoots them an myka stops her making her realise what she was just about to do... she would have a flashback to the scene with christina and when she comes out she would collapse into myka crying and pete would be just like wtf because myka would kiss her forehead and Hg would look up and they would tenderly kiss before she starts crying again saying thank you. Pete would (however being pre occupied with what he was seeing)go over to them and rub her shoulder and there would be a (cliche i know) happy endding lolz anyway thats how I think it should have went II'm a sucker for emotional crap like that xxx
I absolutely loved your twist in the story but i would be to scared to take it that far lolz... a Leena hilarious!

And I would totally date Helena--she's smart, hot as fuck, and she's just so smirky--I think the ambiguous morals turn me on.
