Junk Zero

History: Though Dr. Light and his regime thoroughly destroyed Dr. Wily and his forces, a few did manage to slip through the cracks and went underground, planning their revenge. Number Man, after examining some of Dr. Wily's old notes, discovered some of the early designs for a robot whose capabilities far outstripped any of the existing models. However, he was only able to obtain about half of the necessary information and has spent the last several years trying to guess his way towards the complete robot, while also having to use literal junk to build the body.

Abilities: Junk Zero is a deadly, but clumsy enemy, constantly falling over only to rise as a deadly whirlwind of swinging blades and energy blasts.

Reward for Defeat: Z-Saber Frame (as per the description, Junk Zero is only a pale facsimile to the original and that includes his weapon, the Z-Saber Frame is easily the weakest of all the potential melee weapons, at least, until you find all the parts.
