Rush-C

History: Dr. Light was already working on Rush when Megaman died and, after losing all sense of morality, became his secret weapon. Built form the ground up to be a weapon of mass destruction, he now sits outside Dr. Light’s tower at the center of the city, loyally protecting his master.

Abilities:

Lunge- sends Rush forward to bite onto his enemy and then rolls backwards to throw them into the air (Cerberus Mode: Lunge has greater reach and ends by firing off an ice missile)

Leap- Rush jumps into the air and emits a large explosion from his chest, if he collides with a wall in his jump, he will jump off of it and reorient to aim the explosion in his enemy’s direction (Cerberus Mode: Leap also ends by firing off a pair of arcing electrical beams)

Howl- Rush throws his head back and releases a sonic shockwave directly in front of him, low damage but stuns or confuses his enemy (Cerberus Mode: Howl covers a wider area, half of the screen, and ends with a shockwave)

CryoAssault- Rush latches onto the side of the screen and releases the turret on his back to pelt his enemy with cryogenic missiles, low damage but is freezes you in place (Cerberus Mode: also throws out a pair of timed explosives while firing the missiles)

Pillar Breaker- Rush uses his ice missiles to create a wall between him and his enemy then fires off a ball of electricity to topple it over, dodge both broken chunks of ice and electrical blast to avoid damage (Cerberus Mode: the electrical ball explodes, throwing sparks in all directions)

Inferno Flash- Rush’s ultimate weapon, charges for three seconds, then releases an extended blast that does high damage and coveres half of the screen for five seconds (Cerberus Mode: becomes an instant death beam that covers seven-eighths of the screen)

Cerberus Mode- activates the secondary heads on Rush’s shoulders which act as tentacle arms and enhancements to his attacks (activates after his health has been reduced by one-third)

Reward for Defeat: RushFreeze.exe (alters your shots to do half as much damage, but, each direct hit will freeze an enemy or moving object in place until they are hit again to shatter the ice)
