1 Spoiler: “Do you think the Joker is supplying one of them?”
1 Batman: “That’s what I’m afraid of.”
2 Spoiler: “So where do we start?”
2 Batman: “In their contested territory. Shouldn’t be hard to find a lead back to either or both of them.”
3 Spoiler: “Hey. I just thought of something. Which one of them did the Joker like better? Wesker, or Sionis?”
3 Batman: “I don’t know. He had dust-ups with both of them. Why do you ask?”
4 Spoiler: “Just thinking that he might be using one to get revenge on the other.”
4 Batman: “Hmm. Could be. You are right, you know. Old grudges get worked out in these things. Both the obvious ones, and maybe the ones behind the scenes.”
5 Spoiler: “Who else would want to see this Ventriloquist die, more than the people who cared about the first one?”
5 Batman: “And the Joker didn’t. Which makes it more likely that he’s backing the new one. Damage both Sionis and the first Ventriloquist’s reputation at once.”
6 Spoiler: “Sounds like a good theory to me. If we can identify someone with resources who liked Wesker, we might have the real players here, rather than the pawns.”
