1 Harlequin: “Are you seeing this story on television, boss?”
1 Joker: “I am. Interesting. An interesting development.”
2 Riddler: “Is… is it true?”
2 Joker: “No, it isn’t. Or where it’s true, is only a coincidental overlap in the narrative of falsehoods. But it’s the kind of story I would have made up, if I were playing him.”
3 Harlequin: “This has to be Batman’s doing, right? What’s he up to?”
3 Joker: “He’s dealing from the bottom of the deck, with this.”
4 Riddler: “He’s humanizing you.”
4 Joker: “Heh. In a way. He wants to change the game to Poker. A game without Jokers.”
5 Joker: “Eddie, I want to send a message to Batman. I trust you can get it to him.”
5 Riddler: “I, uh… You could, too… send a video…”
6 Joker: “Don’t think me a fool. Let’s not pretend that you don’t have your secret, direct ways. And I just want to talk to him. I don’t want Gordon to see it. He alone is responsible for this chess move, and I want to congratulate him on it. And maybe introduce a bit of doubt that he advanced his cause with it.”
