Love this!! I've seen the original but was sad to find that Murdoc and 2D were incredibly small... I was wondering whether Hewlett did a crop version of them but no such luck... But this...

I actually found a good sized image of it that was my wall-paper for the longest time. I cropped them out as a second copy and that is how the drawing came about (minus the hat Murdoc is wearing, LOL).

I think it's a lit better than the original, partly because there is more detail... Subtracting the hat meant you could see Murdocs' expression a little more, but like I said, just what the doctor ordered
