I remember when I first saw this scene I had this moment of "what's it gonna do?" and then it attacks.

It looked cute up until it attacked, did you know the production team continuously swapped two models of the creature during the movie? One had large, noticeable genitalia, while the other had barely visible genitalia. Could the creature be sexually mature as a baby? O_o

when i saw this part of the movie i thought the guy was gonna try to be a badass an say "youre one ugly muthafucka". but no instead badass monster mistakes him for a chew toy. very good movie. and very good pic

in my opinion, even though i havent seen the movie, i think the monster was a little kid who got experemented on and he mutated into this.

I don't think it was a kid, BUT I do think it's a baby alien/monster. If you watch the making of Cloverfield they hint a lot it's a baby.
