I like it.
I think that the contrast of pale skin against the dark blue works well, defining the delicate shape of his body and leading the eye into the centre with the folds of fabric.
There is a nice, soft arrangement of fingers and toes which adds to the self aware pose and a feeling of vunerability.
The direction of the light is not too strong or harsh but still gives a deep shadow at the centre of his body, his hair and between his hands
I'm not sure that cropping the image so close is the best option, it does does give a sense of claustrophobia if that was intended but I'd have preferred more empty space I think.
Really pleasing to look at, you can see the skill involved and there is an emotional element that comes across well.

As for the tight cropping, I would have preferred more surrounding space also,
but the extent of the blue background above was a limiting factor.
The little dear was close to the edge of the bed.
So I severely cropped.
I guess it provides a unique perspective if nothing else.
