What is this I hear you asking? It is a mini unofficial DU challenge me and pondered over for quite a little while, one I think we should all have a little go at if you are willing and up for it... and if you also like music. The challenge? Make an Official Soundtrack for one of your chosen Deviant Universe characters!

Step 1: An album cover is needed for your character's official soundtrack. It can be any size really, just so long as its square to fit into a CD case! Album art is pretty important when it comes to making a soundtrack (OST) I feel, so make a pretty cool one of your character to suit the general mood of your OST if you can

Step 2: The songs! This part is pretty simple, though you can potentially make it as deep as you want. Search your music collection or search the internet to find songs you'd like to have in your character's OST. It can just be songs you like... or even songs you feel represent your character and their journey. Essentially you should make something of a compilation album to represent your chosen character.

But there are some rules to follow on your song selections! The same artist can only have two songs tops on your album. The odd Instrumental song is encouraged but not mandatory by any means. Also, the album must not extend over an hour. (I don't mind if you go one minute or so over if you really want to squeeze that special extra song in there. Mine goes about 20 seconds over an hour.)

As you can see, I've made a Blaze OST as a means to provide an example just above... I'm really pleased how the album cover came out if I'm honest... it might just be one of the best images I've ever made in my personal opinion XD

But yeah, you can optionally leave links to youtube to show off the songs in your album and let others listen. If you are up for this mini unofficial challenge, what are you waiting for? Go make yourself an OST for your DU character! Remember, roughly an hour long, and only two songs per artist just to mix it up.

Whilst not an official DU challenge, this has been approved by There is no time limit on this, so you guys can take your time picking your songs. I hope you guys get involved, can't wait to see what you come up with if you do
