Could it be that Your maths lesson was a bit boring on some point?

ehhh, maybe?
I think it was one of those lessons after BotFA came out. I was still upset 'cause Thorin died and a bit pissed of that silly last scene of Tauriel and Kili. And, well ... so the idea for this pic was born Β

Their are a lot of silly Elven scenes. Like: "Your mother loved you". I still thinking Thorin, Kili and Fili should have died together like in the Book. Nothing wrong with that idea.Β

yeah!
i think that too. they should've died together. but i like thorins death on the battlefield.
in the book, that scene is reminiscent of the situation in WW1 where most of the wounded died in hospitals. and in the book there weren't so many feelings like in the movie.
in the book it's like: bilbo wakes up, talks with thorin, thorin says goodbye, bilbo cries, and oh yes thorin is dead!
i hate that lack of feelings!
but the scene in the movie... i cried so much!

I'm honest and admit that I erased so much of my maths since I finished school, that I can't say if I get the joke. But the idea in general is interesting, though that dialogue still urges me to throw with shoes.

hmmm
i'll try to explain:
i is the imaginary unit of complex numbers and NOT a part of the real numbers (symbol R) you know from school. So the i is hurt that (what ever it was) is a part of real numbers but not of comlex numbers.
hope i could help you!
