Well, I've been in a rut lately and I needed a break from commissions. Here are a few glow techniques that I use. I am by no means an expert, but I hope these are at least useful to someone XDIf you use this on an adopt or personal work, I'd love to see it! c:

Nice tutorial. ^^ (I'm lazy and generally just put my glow on a bottom layer, slightly larger than the original base. xD) I'll have to try this method sometime.
