Well, I've been in a rut lately and I needed a break from commissions. Here are a few glow techniques that I use. I am by no means an expert, but I hope these are at least useful to someone XDIf you use this on an adopt or personal work, I'd love to see it! c:

When you create a new layer, there is an option to change the layer "Mode." Different programs call it different things. Luminosity, Addition, Color dodge, etc.

okay i thought this would be helpfull but apparently i dont know what the crap im doing! i changed it to luminosity but when i do that with the layer above the base color just changes all the colors i color over it with ;-; it doesnt make a glowing affect idk what im doing wrong -cries-

^-^; i was being an idtio and didnt have a dark back ground like u saidd and cuz it was blue it wasnt showing on the white XD ^-^; but ur tutorial helped me a lot 8D once i actually read ur whole thing xD
