In terms of naval architecture, I'm seeing a cross between a TOS era cargo hauler and the Pasteur.

This is actually one of Matt Jeffries' original concepts for the legendary TOS Enterprise. The design was refined into the Constitution class later on. The unused concept was seen as a toy ship / model on Sisko's desk during DS9.
