Here is the Character Creation contest winner: Bloodroot.

This was going to be the new character included in Mortal Kombat: Vengeance, which is now shelved.

Congratulations to GlaciusTS, because you can now see what the character would have looked like in the game.

This is Bloodroot, who was a former Japanese Samurai warrior who was killed in the Living Forest. He was resurrected by Shang Tsung in the Living Forest, giving Bloodroot nature powers, absorbed from the forest. The glowing green in the center of his chest is his life force. The green glow is a soul ball given to him by Shang Tsung, which keeps Bloodroot alive, since he's now a skeleton.
