Yeah... So, we, for the first time, watched all the Star Wars. Hard to believe, I know. But we did. And I really enjoyed it. And so, of course, everyone who knows me knows that Darth Vader is my fave. And, as soon as I saw the movie, I knew I had to draw him. So, I haven't drawn anything in a LOOOOONG time. I'm so depressed from not drawing, I nearly killed myself NOT drawing more. So, finally, I HAD to do something. Anything. Even... A HUMAN. (The horror!!) So, yeah, I know the later version of Anakin Skywalker isn't the average person's idea of a human, but, still, let's forget that. He's human. Enough. (I greatly thank whatever spaz thought up that mask. Kept me from havin' to draw a face. YES!)
I wasn't going to post this. But, when I showed my bro and sis, , they were all like, "Yeah! Post that thing!" So, here it is. Pay no mind to the hands... Please. They're horrible. (I hate hands. Anyone for paws?) My goal with this was to draw it in as little time as possible and still make it look good. There was only one way I could do that. Not use an eraser!! Crazy, right? But I was thinkin', if I use an eraser, I'd be using it more than the pencil. So, I didn't use it much at all. I practically hid it from myself. If you look very carefully, you can still see the sticks I used. You can see his legs through his pants. All that good crap.
You know, this is the first male human I've ever drawn. (Unless you count stick figures.) I think he turned out okay. (...I guess.) I'll probably do a better one, leter... maybe... probably not... I didn't know what his shoes looked like. I hope he likes socks!!
It was fun, anyway. More fun than I've had drawing all year. I'll do Yoda, later... Done in about 2 hours. (Which is GREAT for me! My average drawing is 7 hours...)
