Simple instruction to do this!
1: Cut down the tree.
2: Statis it mid fall so its angled to the sky.
3: Grab a heavy weapon and beat the crap out of the tree so you have a bunch of lattent energy.
4: Grab hold and climb up the tree.
5: Statis runs out and you're off to gather the Dragon Balls.
