Congrats: this picture just made my jaw drop. The sense of ferocious power emanating from the Witch King's mount as it dives towards Eowyn is palpable. It really adds to the heroism of what she is about to do. I loved this scene in the book and I am pleased to find somebody who does it justice.
By the way, I like the firelight and the smoke - it gives an almost post-apocalyptic feel to the scene which highlights that Pelenor Field is truly a battle for the fate of the world.

The helmet shape confuses me... it kinda looks like the profile of a bearded man with a square nose - it must be the face protector, but that's not how I read it.
Other than that, though, wonderful work.

How on earth did you get one of those winged beasts to model for you?

3 Things come to mind:
1 - On instant readability/silhouette: I'm losing the Nazgul mount head in the body shapes right behind it on first pass. I'd consider knocking some of the contrast behind the head down a smidgen. It's like they share too much of the same values.
2 - Eowyn feels off balance to me - drawing a line from head to foot puts her very forward leaning - which is okay for momentum, I don't know why she would have momentum.... there's a lot of impending doom coming toward her already.
3 - I love those colors! You never disappoint with your palette choices
4 - (I said 3, I know - I had an afterthought), a lot of your shapes seem to point off the left hand side of the page.... my eye isn't coming back into the image to that focal area as fast as you may be hoping for.

Thanks for the crit, Chris! Hopefully some of the compositional stuff was fixed in this round o' tweaks and the head should be standing out more now. Man, I wish I got to post my NDA stuff for crits...

Hey no prob! I totally can relate to the NDA thing.... I did a set for FFG some time back and was going nuts. Feedback is precious

Fantastic job.
Crit Stuff: The dude on the ground is toast from the dragon's spiked tail. Not sure why the dragon's rider is raising his club/mace like he is about to strike though, it dosn't appear as if he will be close enough to take a swing.
I'd change the title too, to "I should'a rust-proofed my armor."

I think also, instead of splitting the image in two with the two ( because of the tail and the space each take ) i would have the nazgul more inferior and "pushing" her down as she tries to withstand. or opposite, depending on what you want.
technique wise i think you did a really good job, and these are offcourse just ideas. over all i really like this!
