great piece, but one thing bugs me: is that thief seriously trying to be sneaky with a lit lantern? but, apart for this, I love this piece.

Ha, you've got a point there. I figured they'd need something to help navigate through the fog, (and also wanted a secondary light source because they look cool) but yeah, probably not the stealthiest choice.

maybe you could change the color and properties of the lamp so it looks like it is some kind of magic stealth item, like if the strange light it would emit could be seen only if you are close to the lamp? but, of course it may conflict with the use of magic in your universe, etc...
