Once again for 's contest! Another, very last minute entry @.@"

I REALLY wanted to do this character, and while I had a few ideas for what sea creature to use in his design, I decided to look some more and found this...Blue glaucus? And they're so cool looking?? DEFINITELY look them up they're gorgeous and they're just lil' sea slugs but they're pretty dangerous to touch, like woah.
Anyway!
This was really quick, I only had the day to work on it and I hope I'm not too late, because I still might be...but I'm glad I was able to do it either way (and the other entries are so good ahh-) Here I used the warmer, purple tone of his outfit in the ref, and changed his outfit in this version to a green to help it stand out and be more "sea-ish" I guess eheh. I wanted to keep certain aspects of his design, especially his over-the-shoulder belt to carry his weapons on. And I'm now realizing I forgot that I had wanted to add some of the little detailed designs to his clothing... u.u"

But yeah I won't spend too much longer rambling lol, I should probably submit this pretty quick ^^"
