Powers: Ditto has the power to duplicate himself with no limit and handle multiple individual tasks at once, this also allows him to overtake enemies and create an army.
Weakness: Even though he can duplicate himslef, all of the clones are linked, which means if one ditto clone feels pain, all of the clones feel the same pain too, which negates him building an army.
