Bio: Self described "The Wizard", Billy is a High School prodigy in academic studies,only Hindered by his lack of self confidence. Coming from Divorced parents, Billy found himself having to adapt to living without his mother and younger Brother at home. His situation at school wasn't better either, Since he started helping his father at his hardware store, he has barely enough time to keep up with his studies, worsened by the constant harassment of local Bullies Bulk and Skull. To escape this situation, he usually escape to a the restricted excavation area that was abandoned after a strage burst of energy killed everyone on the site and injured many civillians on the surrounding.

After a while, Billy finally got tired of Bulk and Skull's constant Harrastment and he wanted payback. The plan was simple, he put Ipecac inside a sandwinch and he was going to give him to Bulk to make him throw up in public. The plan worked out but Bulk put two and two together and responded by hitting Billy ultil he was stopped by "the golden boy" Jason. the thing escalated into a Fight that was ended by principal Caplan and resulted in Billy, Jason, Bulk and Skull being sended to Detention.

Jason and Billy became close friends after that day. Jason gave him Billy a much needed support and Billy help Jason with his overly busy schedule and relief him from his stressful lifestyle. A couple days Later, in the same Excavation site, Billy found a cave deep into the edge of Town, where he saw a what it seems to be a homeles person talking to a wall of ambar encasing five rounded Crystals. when he aproached that wall, he swears a voice was calling him from the inside, a voice tha was begging to be free.

Now is the turn of Billy, the brains of the Power Rangers. Personality wise, he is inspired by the new comic books where Billy is a more insecure character but compensates his lack of fighting skills with his brilliant mind. He is also a bit OCD like in the new movie.

His ranger suit follows the smae logic as the previous entry, and now you can see my other departure from the movies, as well as many other redesigns. while each of them share subtle traits that unified them, All rangers have their own individual suits. Billy's arms are more spiky to evoke the Triceratops' horns.
