How? Kelly is kind of superior to her almost every way. I don't see why she would let Kelly win, when Sakura was worse in her early career (she couldn't even last a minute, while Kelly lasts over 10 min in a handicap match against Layla+Victoria in her first year) and while Kelly was already one of the top womens in ECW by feuding with a good wrestler that she out wrestled (Layla). Eventually becoming champion in 100+ days+2 times Divas Royal Rumble winner in her 6 career in WWE/FCW/ECW, while at the time she feuded with multiple females above her weight class and won majorities of them. Sakura on the other hand, lost to people below her weight class and only got a few victories during her small career which she hade some outside help from to it. Unless Hagiwara has beat wrestlers on Gail Kim/Beth Phoenix/Roucka tier (which their isn't, their wrestling is ridiculous bad and repetitive), then she doesn't stand a chance against Kelly one on one and in truth she wouldn't even be able to beat Layla alone. Who Kelly never lost to one on one (without interference of course), don't compare a inexperienced Indy wrestler to a experienced world champion.

I know and many of these details are accurate, but yeah, it´s a fanfic afteral, and, the commissioner providing the story has its rights to write what he wants for the sequence... so that´s what happened here! ^^
