This was almost an episode. There was going to be a Harry Potter/Doctor Who crossover for the 2008 Christmas Special, but David Tennant nixed the idea, thinking it was too silly and parodic, so RTD wrote 'The Next Doctor' instead.

I suppose he was right in denouncing it(since it would have disturbed the seriousness of Potter's senior adventures), but the idea of their meeting is no less attractive.

...is the Doctor fighting Harry Potter AND Voldemort AND the Daleks at once? Cause... he would do that, but I hope Harry's helping him. In other news, THIS IS REALLY COOL LOOKING. I'm liking the comic book sharp edges and the angles on both the characters. 's cool.
