My 200x style redesign of Peekablue - I wanted to go a different route; if you remember the old-school version, she had this peacock tail the she spread out when she was using her clairvoyant powers.

The idea here is when she uses her powers, she lifts her arms and her wings fan out so you still get the peacock-tail effect, with a kind of glowing, all-seeing eye kind of thing glowing between her hands.

I went with an Indian kind of look (or at least, that's what I tried for) for her, since I felt that meshed well with the whole peacock theme.
