What publisher are you going with, or are you self-publishing? How should I go about buying it when it's released? Do you have a more solid release date yet?

I donΒ΄t have a solid release date yet, since weΒ΄re still working on the layout of the pages. But itΒ΄ll be very soon! 
IΒ΄m having it printed by a graphic firm, and selling it in private/online to make sure itΒ΄ll be cheap for my buyers
