Description
X-Ray Woman is considered something of a medical superhero. Originally a nurse bot named “Adria”, she was tasked with fixing a radiographer in her hospital, and somehow got her arms and head stuck in its technology. Unwilling to have the radiographer disassembled to free herself, she agreed to have the rest of its working parts ingrained in her body. With Adria’s new “upgrade”, she could give more detailed bodily scans of her patients than the old machine ever could, and as some doctors attest, seemed to slow down time for herself in the process.
X-Ray Woman was never designed for combat, but a nefarious force gave her weapons to suit her medical prowess. The most notable is her “X-Ray Blast”, which lets loose a powerful surge of energy, slowing time and determining enemies and hazards for the duration of its charge. She can also form holographic scalpels that plunge towards enemies, and with her enhanced dexterity, she could do it while clinging to a wall.
“Time for your physical examination.”

Very interesting robot master, what exactly does X-Ray Blast do?

I knew someone was going to ask...
The X-Ray Blast is something of a utility weapon. The "Blast" part is a straightforward shot that always needs a few seconds to charge, while the "X-Ray" part kicks in when the user decides to hold that charge. Time is slowed by 50%, and everything around the user turns a single color to indicate what it is (backgrounds turn black, platforms turn white, enemies turn red, etc.) Useful for distinguishing fake platforms and spotting hidden enemies, but the effect ends upon releasing the charge or switching to another weapon.

So the charge slows things down, shows hidden enemies and fake things, and uncharged is a shot?

Yep. Maybe the uncharged shot would just make the screen flicker.

Imply that maybe the player should try charging it.

Maybe it could do that. As of right now, the weapon is purely conceptual.
