This anomaly is 'mostly' human, but seems to have a peculiar connection with things which should remain unseen! They've stayed with the agency since they were found as a toddler, presumably abandoned by their parents.

Notes:
-A fairly normal person by most accounts, but they are somehow tuned in with things most other people can't see
-They created a key to keep better control over what they interact with.
-We aren't sure of the purpose of the blue markings on their body, it could have something to do with the source of their abilities
-Has an extremely low body temperature, and tends to sap the heat out of their surroundings. Rooms can drop about 5 degrees Fahrenheit within ten minutes of them entering.
-Has a difficult time connecting with other people, and claims that we cannot see or comprehend most of their friends.
-They reference one known as 'Luc' the most
-A bit jumpy when it comes to sudden noises and physical contact
-Plays the viola
-Eats a lot of extremely salty foods
-A bit of a movie snob
