This entity seems to be very genetically similar to a human, but is somehow completely unfamiliar with human behavior and society.
He(?) was found walking along 1-95, and brought to us upon realizing he wasn't human.
Notes:
-He has little to no memory of where he came from.
-He was wearing the clothes shown when we picked him up
-The scissors he's carrying seem to be able to cut through anything, or at least more things than they should be able to cut through
-He's fond of highly acidic foods
-His eyes seem to change color in different lighting
-He has an extremely quick temper
