It was the little kid who spotted me though - he was craning out of his stroller watching me walk around with me camera - he seemed quite fascinated by it. I got his mom's email address and sent her a copy of the picture.

Thank you so much for sharing the back story! And what a curious and intelligent little baby - and makes for such a strong photograph. Kudos! Also really nice of you to have sent it to his mother. I remember once I had this nice photograph of two little girls playing in the tram. I thought the photograph came out very nicely, and asked their father if he would like I could send the photograph. He promptly refused saying it doesn't matter, these days they take 'hundreds of photographs of them on the phone each day'.

You're welcome re the backstory. Too bad the guy didn't want your photo - some people just don't really appreciate good photography.

Thanks. This shot was taken last year when I was shooting an event for someone (digital) - and everywhere I went this little kid was leaning out of stroller trying to see my camera. Maybe he'll grow up to be a photographer! Anyway, he was too cute to omit taking a few shots of (which I sent to his mother as well in the end - she appreciated them).

I am posting another digital picture of the little guy in my scraps if you want to see.
