It appears that you transitioned from 'black dude' being the perpetrator of her misery, to becoming 'her' rescuer.Β 'Appears' being a completely subjective term here.Β Β I, for one, prefer the later.Β A story would be amazing, as is your work.

The landscape reminds me of Myst; barren, abandoned, puzzling, but more like Silent Hill. Had there not been a story, it might have been supernatural horror vs science fiction, creepy lucid figure taking on cyborg female protagonist, or perhaps a new twist on "ghost in the machine."
