I've been at a place where a garbage train passed....there was a railroad worker who advised me to cover my nose when it passed. Thankfully the olid odors didn't stick around, maybe the trash cars were better covered. Where abouts is this?

Fortunately, I usually experience them from a somewhat greater distance - and don't have to worry about the smell.
