Description
This is my gutting/utility knife, requested at a heavy discount from the same guy who did the other ones. Blade is stainless, handle is redwood and the small hilt is brass. The indentations were made especially for my hand, to accommodate for my not-so-manly thin-but-long fingers. Very comfortable to hold, very sharp, handles the majority of jobs - from skinning a rabbit to opening blister packaging - well. Blade is 95mm (3.5in for you americans), so again, not legal to carry in the UK.

I'm surprisingly fond of this one. It's not the biggest, it's not the fancy-ist, but it's just the right weight, and very well balanced (I can spin it like a pen in my hand. Not sure why I would, but it's possible).

I took this photo from this angle to show you guys the stamp on the reverse side of the blade, which identifies the maker (R R Middleton) and where the steel is from (Sheffield). Sheffield is well known as the birthplace of stainless steel, and is still the world leader when it comes to quality stainless. As for the guy (R Middleton), he is also from Sheffield, and as you can no doubt see, a very talented person.
